1. Lawful use only

You may not use the app or this website to violate any law, including laws on child safety, harassment, non-consensual imagery, intellectual property, or export controls.

2. Meme Lab & photos

Do not submit images intended to generate illegal, exploitative, or harmful content. Our automated safety gate may block requests; attempting to circumvent it is prohibited.

3. Leaderboard & names

Display names must not be abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, impersonating others, or advertising third-party services. We may reject names or remove entries at our discretion.

4. No abuse of the service

You may not probe, scrape, or overload our systems; distribute malware; attempt unauthorized access; reverse engineer to harm the service; or interfere with other users’ enjoyment.

5. Cheating & integrity

Do not manipulate client or server data to gain unfair advantages, spoof requests, or falsify leaderboard scores beyond normal gameplay.

6. Enforcement

We may rate-limit, block, or terminate access (including device or IP blocks) and remove content that violates this policy or the Terms. We may cooperate with law enforcement when required.
