- No account — We don’t make you create a username and password. Progress uses a private device identifier, explained in our Privacy Policy.
- Camera, not your whole library — Meme Lab only uses a new photo you take in the app for that meme. We don’t scan your camera roll.
- Safety before AI — Il Guardiano del Rot reviews what’s in the shot. If the scene isn’t appropriate, nothing is generated.
- Encrypted connection — Data moves between the app and our service over HTTPS.
- No ad tracking SDKs — The app isn’t packed with third-party trackers for behavioral ads.
- Optional leaderboard — If you choose a public nickname, names are moderated. Read more in Privacy and Acceptable Use.
- General audience (U.S. COPPA) — BYOB and this site are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information without parental consent as described in our Privacy Policy.
